Forex Robot Builder is a software platform for designing, backtesting, and generating trading strategies (Expert Advisors) for MetaTrader 5. It provides tools for technical analysis, indicator configuration, and automated trading logic.

2. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the Pro features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may use the Service for personal, educational, or professional trading research.
• You may not use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, or market manipulation.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the software without permission.

4. Disclaimers & Risk Warning

• Past performance does not indicate future results.
• Generated Expert Advisors are provided "as is" --- you are responsible for testing them in a demo environment before live trading.
• We are not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our software.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and content on the platform are the property of Forex Robot Builder. You may use generated MQL5 code for your personal trading, but you may not resell or redistribute it.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Pro features require a paid subscription at €15.00 / month.
• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
• Your access will remain active for the duration of your paid period.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

1. Digital Product Policy

Forex Robot Builder Pro is a digital product (software subscription). Access is activated automatically upon successful payment.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• If the service is unavailable or fails to function as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• If your payment is processed successfully but your account is not upgraded to Pro, we will fix the issue immediately or issue a full refund.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of use, or trading losses.

3. How to Request a Refund

• We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7--10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

• If you cancel mid-month, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time.
• You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your account will revert to the Free plan. You may retry payment at any time.
